About the Role:

In this position, you will transform innovative concepts and technical insights into clear, engaging proposals. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with potential clients while adhering to specific submission guidelines. At Taoti, we believe in a collaborative approach to business development; you will work closely with our team to evaluate and strategize on opportunities as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue relevant opportunities.
  • Analyze RFPs and RFIs to assess alignment with Taoti's capabilities.
  • Develop and articulate win themes and strategies for proposals.
  • Draft and refine proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
  • Engage with team members to gather insights and feedback on proposal drafts.
  • Maintain and update our core content library to enhance proposal quality.
  • Manage the proposal submission process, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey the agency's tone and voice.
  • Experience in creating engaging and persuasive copy that highlights Taoti's unique qualifications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting and document design.
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to seek input from colleagues throughout the proposal process.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing project timelines and risks.
