Position Overview:

Are you an organized and meticulous professional with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction? As the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence will guide a team of housekeeping staff in maintaining a pristine and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with housekeeping personnel regarding room cleaning schedules and special requests.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding housekeeping statuses.
  • Address and follow up on guest feedback and requests.
  • Assist in the training, coaching, and development of team members.

As the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your leadership skills will be essential in creating a dynamic hospitality atmosphere focused on delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills with both the public and team members.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in housekeeping management.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Understanding of scheduling and productivity metrics.
  • Basic high school level mathematics skills.
