  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems and issues in a timely and professional manner, and work to prevent future problems from arising.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Director of Housekeeping, and work to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence.
