About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Director to join our team at ATC Healthcare Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to target new clients through cold calls, presentations, telemarketing, social media outreach, and strategic territory management.
  • Maintain and grow the existing client base through regular field visits, phone calls, targeted research, social media engagement, and direct communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with company goals and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Review and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to update stakeholders on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in healthcare staffing sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in selling healthcare staffing solutions, recruiting, customer service, and marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of business development, market analysis, and sales growth techniques.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • High level of enthusiasm for driving company growth and a passion for the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
