Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including lead generation, appointment setting, and closing sales.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, with a preference for recent experience in outside sales.
  • Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including strong data entry and organization of sales data.
  • Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie, is preferred.
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
