At RingCentral, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Tennessee and Kentucky markets. As a key member of our Majors Sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering new customers to our cloud-based communications platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue through customer acquisition in designated territory and named accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with regional VARs to effectively identify and engage new customers.
  • Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM for respective patch.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technology solution-based selling experience (SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, telephony).
  • Demonstrated sales record of obtaining or exceeding quota.
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, and adhering to a measured sales process.
  • Success in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net new logos.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
  • BS degree, continued training and education preferred.
