Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced On-Site Close Out Manager to join our team and work directly with a leading technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex data center construction projects, managing on-site contractors, and ensuring construction closeout processes are executed efficiently. This position offers a blend of office and field tasks for individuals seeking variety in their work environment.

Key Responsibilities

**Project Management:**

  • Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

**Contractor Management:**

  • Manage and coordinate with on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on contractor performance, identifying areas for improvement.

**Quality Assurance and Control:**

  • Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and company expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality issues.

**Collaboration and Communication:**

  • Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other team members.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues or concerns to stakeholders.
Requirements

**Education and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus.
