Job Summary:

G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our repair crews and ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our repair operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee repair crews on job sites to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Visit worksites to monitor progress on repairs and ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate with the production manager to update on the progress of repairs and address any issues that may arise
  • Communicate with property owners to provide updates on the progress of repairs and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar role is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Must speak Spanish and English fluently (Bilingual Required)
  • Valid Texas Driver's License (at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
  • Foundation Repair Experience (Ideal, but not required)
  • Construction Experience Required
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to uphold policies and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar field is advantageous

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly
