Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our construction management team at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex multi-site projects in the retail and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects across the country, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that their projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected and that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and that the company's financial goals are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, implementing quality control measures and procedures to ensure that projects meet the company's quality expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and company management, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with project progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex multi-site projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification and other relevant certifications in construction management.

Work Conditions:

This is a remote-based role with regular travel to project locations. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a home office setting and manage time effectively with multiple projects and deadlines. Travel requirements will be up to 50% on an as-needed basis.
