CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Supervise and engage in the construction process to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects assigned to Sports Field Solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the Lead Project Superintendent to effectively implement construction strategies.
  3. Delegate specific tasks to team members to fulfill the project scope.
  4. Utilize hand tools (such as shovels, rakes, sod machines, drills, etc.) to carry out construction and renovation tasks.
  5. Receive training and operate tractors, skid steers, and other mid-to-large construction equipment as required.
  6. Instruct crew members on project details, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
  7. Document daily activities using a smartphone or laptop to track progress.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bilingual - Proficient in English and Spanish.
  2. Possession of a Driver's License is preferred.
