POSITION SUMMARY:

The Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations to guarantee the delivery of high-quality construction services. This role involves managing all site activities for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting client expectations and the company's financial goals. Inadequate performance in these areas may lead to compromised project quality, delays, financial losses, legal issues, and damage to the company's reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide effective supervision of construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and quality.
  • Coordinate all necessary permits and inspections.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive knowledge of construction practices and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Proficient in construction management technology.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage subcontractors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or professional certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications are beneficial and will be provided.
