Position Overview:

This role serves as a supervisory position within the construction operations management sector. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the construction field, demonstrating the ability to oversee and direct daily site operations for designated projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing subcontractor relations, scheduling, and overall site oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the financial performance of projects through effective methods aimed at reducing critical path construction timelines.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to quality craftsmanship while fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure job site safety for all personnel and the general public.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on project management.
  • High School Diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Procore, Primavera, and DropBox.
  • Skilled in generating daily reports in electronic formats.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • A background in Field Engineering for onsite Quality Control is preferred.
  • Capability to manage field labor teams for self-performing projects.

Training and Certifications:

  • Achieve OSHA 30 certification within the first year of employment, covering areas such as Scaffolding, Trenching, and Fall Protection.
  • Obtain First Aid / CPR certification within the first year of employment.
  • Complete Primavera P6 training within the first year of employment.
