KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee and engage in the construction process to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects awarded to Sports Field Solutions LLC.
  2. Collaborate with the Lead Project Superintendent to effectively implement construction strategies.
  3. Delegate and guide team members on specific tasks to fulfill project requirements.
  4. Utilize hand tools (such as shovels, rakes, sod machines, drills, etc.) to execute construction and renovation tasks.
  5. Receive training and operate tractors, skid steers, and other mid-to-large scale construction machinery as necessary.
  6. Instruct crew members on project details, equipment handling, and safety protocols.
  7. Complete Daily Activity Reports using a smartphone or laptop to document daily progress.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  2. Possession of a Driver's License is preferred.
