Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
