Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at GoTriangle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and maintain calendars, including arranging travel and meetings as needed.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including tracking expenses and reconciling credit card statements.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of experience in administrative work, with a focus on advanced administrative duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This is a sedentary role that requires minimal physical activity. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, or extreme temperatures.
