We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Insight Global in Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Respond to inquiries via email, telephone, or in-person.
- Coordinate communication between Manager, Program Director, and other departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Take minutes during meetings when needed.
- Provide administrative support to the staff.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with special projects and research as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excel is a big requirement.
- Experience in utilizing office equipment and other relevant technology to meet organizational needs.
- Demonstrated previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties.
- Exceptional phone and communication presence.
- Basic knowledge of information handling policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of document preparation, editing, and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project coordination experience.
