We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Insight Global in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, telephone, or in-person.
  • Coordinate communication between Manager, Program Director, and other departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Take minutes during meetings when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the staff.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excel is a big requirement.
  • Experience in utilizing office equipment and other relevant technology to meet organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in an office environment performing administrative duties.
  • Exceptional phone and communication presence.
  • Basic knowledge of information handling policies and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of document preparation, editing, and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project coordination experience.
