Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Estimator to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore - Brighton. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our business owners and management team, while also assisting with estimating jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the business owners and management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with estimating jobs, including capturing relevant customer and job information.
  • Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and resolving inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as reconciling expense reports.
  • May be required to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and sit for long periods of time while using office equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Comfortable with using multiple types of software, and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage highly confidential information.
