About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing scalable sales processes, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes to drive new business and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and execute a consistent customer acquisition strategy.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and manage the overall sales process.
  • Plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software and/or applications sales, with a strong track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience selling HCM software to HR leadership and the CFO is preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to collaborate across teams and navigate organizational challenges.
