Job Description

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in sales processes and a track record of success who can showcase their ability to sell merchant services products ethically and effectively.

This role requires a dedicated Sales Manager who can develop and implement a structured sales program, assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, and consistently achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Implement a structured sales program, ensuring alignment with time frames and budget.
  • Lead a dynamic sales team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling and managing in the merchant services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and technology.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
