Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Sales Business Growth Manager to drive the growth of our Managed IT business.

This role requires a professional who can act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams, identifying new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. They must also be motivated and result-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Making 80-100 minimum dials per day to call on clients and prospects, both warm and cold.
  • Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
  • Contact prospects via emails and cold calls.
  • Present the company to prospective clients.
  • Identify client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Come up with customized product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Seek new business opportunities proactively.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for client status updates.
  • Submit reports to Business Development Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
Requirements:
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Impressive communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with various sales techniques.
  • Proven record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zendesk Sell, Intercom, etc.
  • Familiarity with MS Office - Excel in particular.
  • Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics.

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience).
