Senior IT Sales Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Sales Business Growth Manager to drive the growth of our Managed IT business.
This role requires a professional who can act as a liaison between our Sales and Marketing teams, identifying new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. They must also be motivated and result-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Responsibilities:- Making 80-100 minimum dials per day to call on clients and prospects, both warm and cold.
- Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
- Contact prospects via emails and cold calls.
- Present the company to prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Come up with customized product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Seek new business opportunities proactively.
- Coordinate with Account Managers for client status updates.
- Submit reports to Business Development Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Impressive communication skills.
- Extensive experience with various sales techniques.
- Proven record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zendesk Sell, Intercom, etc.
- Familiarity with MS Office - Excel in particular.
- Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience).
