Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a targeted sales strategy to attain sales quotas within their assigned territory. They will develop and implement a business/sales plan for maximizing net sales of our product, aligned with commercial leadership direction and company guidelines.

This role involves conducting business/sales with key targeted healthcare providers, utilizing strong presentation skills to adapt quickly to customer styles/behavior, and demonstrating in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge as an expert resource.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, and other set goals.
  • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Develop and execute call plans that achieve set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.
  • Build strong relationships with senior customers, key decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of customer needs (both short-term and long-term) and identify key buying factors.
  • Proactively build understanding on customer needs and expectations, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales expertise, and share this market intelligence information with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2+ years of current/prior pharmaceutical sales experience in Neurology - MS exp preferred
  • Clean Driving Record and Sales licensing in required states
  • Microsoft and CRM proficient
