Senior Business Development Executive

This Senior Business Development Executive position is a key role in driving sales growth and strategic account management for our company. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value customers, developing innovative solutions to meet their needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Become a trusted advisor to assigned accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of our products and services to deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer requirements to ensure timely and effective solution delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers to facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and joint goal achievement.
- Support resolution of customer disputes and discrepancies, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
- At least 12 years of direct work experience, with a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
The estimated salary for this position is $122,500 - $172,000 per year, with an additional $75,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
