Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support our industrial racking projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing documentation, procuring and tracking third-party buyouts, and collaborating with other departments to execute and monitor budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Documentation and Management: Create and manage documentation within the D365 ERP system and Sharepoint document repository to support the design, manufacturing, and installation process for industrial racking projects.
  • Procurement and Tracking: Assist in procuring, tracking, and receiving third-party buyouts, including reviewing purchasing agreements and generating schedules.
  • Budget Execution and Monitoring: Collaborate with other departments to execute and monitor budgets for assigned projects.
  • Project Coordination and Communication: Coordinate, manage, and communicate all aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely completion within the available budget.
  • Meeting and Collaboration: Attend planning and development meetings necessary to ensure a full understanding of project requirements.
  • Review and Analysis: Basic ability to review construction-style project drawings and engineering requirement forms.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience with supporting cross-functional teams in industrial manufacturing, construction, or material handling industries as a project engineer, coordinator, project manager, or similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strongly organized, understands how to prioritize and work with urgency when required.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled communicator with solid grasp of language and grammar.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a POD team model.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required.
  • Travel: Potential traveling to project sites (
