ACADEMIC PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking an experienced Academic Program Administrator to join our team at the College of General Studies. This is a vital role that will support the Dean's Office and the Boston-London Program.
Key Responsibilities- Process faculty actions, including appointments, re-appointments, terminations, and promotions.
- Manage hourly staff payroll and process stipends as needed.
- Oversee student employment for the College and facilitate the processing of semiannual student merit scholarships.
- Coordinate the logistics of the Boston side of the Boston-London Program, including transportation, catering, and speaker contracts.
- Execute external disbursement payments as needed.
- Provide secondary support for events and programs, purchasing, building needs, and Dean's Office management.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- MS Office proficiency required and experience with SAP/BUworks, Zoom, Ariba, and Concur preferred.
