About the Role:

As an Administrative Support Specialist for Academic Affairs, you will provide critical support to the Academic Affairs department. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, maintaining accurate records and databases, and coordinating communication between faculty, staff, and students. You will also prepare documents, reports, and presentations for departmental use and assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
~ Bachelor's Degree in any field
~ 2-3 years of experience in a university or higher education setting
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
~ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
