Academic Records Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic recordkeeping procedures and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and graduation clearances
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical student records
  • Collaborate with academic departments to update and maintain course catalogs and program requirements
  • Coordinate the evaluation of transfer credits and credit transfers between institutions
  • Assist students, faculty, and staff with inquiries related to academic records and policies
  • Prepare reports and statistical analyses on academic records data as needed
  • Stay updated on regulations and best practices related to academic recordkeeping
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably in a university or higher education setting
  • Knowledge of academic recordkeeping procedure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and student information systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
