Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Undergraduate Program Administrator to provide administrative support for the Mathematics and Statistics undergraduate program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide transition support to first-year Mathematics and Statistics undergraduate students and prospective students
* Cultivate a community among undergraduate students and create events geared towards this population
* Contribute to the online presence for the department and foster relationships with industry affiliates
* Work with the Center for Career Development to co-host events for students and manage the administrative aspect of program assessment

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-3 years of experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience or education in advising or counseling
* Experience in organizing events
* Knowledge of the academic landscape for STEM fields
