About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Clearent by Xplor in Pasadena, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers in the West region.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare presentations and proposals using Clearent by Xplor's electronic applications to educate merchants and business owners on our payment processing services.
  • Industry Expertise: Educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership and provide regular updates on your sales performance.
  • Sales Performance: Meet expected minimum sales requirements by closing sales of our payment processing services and driving revenue growth.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation will be based on commissions, providing a direct incentive for sales performance and revenue growth.
