Position Summary


The Global Accounts Sales Executive is tasked with enhancing Amprius Technologies' market presence and sales potential by driving product expansion and offering strategic management and account oversight for designated accounts.

This role is crucial for identifying and cultivating new strategic business opportunities while fostering robust account relationships across all organizational tiers.

This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulates and implements comprehensive account strategies.
  • Builds and nurtures strong, effective relationships with clients.
  • Oversees management of assigned accounts.
  • Develops and executes tactical market penetration strategies.
  • Coordinates pricing strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Ensures effective management and execution of customer contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Vendor Managed Inventories (VMIs).
  • Analyzes and prepares sales forecasts and estimates.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to meet customer requirements and enhance engagement.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Represents Amprius at industry trade shows and events as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing within an electronic or technical industry.
  • Experience engaging with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional team environments.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills on both local and global scales.
  • Advanced negotiation and consultative abilities.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Experience with sales analytics.
  • Proven track record in managing a diverse product portfolio.
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and create mutually beneficial solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Project Management or Consulting.
  • Background in Manufacturing sales.
  • Familiarity with sales data collection and analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketing and market planning.
  • Understanding of target-market industries.
  • Previous experience with budgetary and forecasting responsibilities.

Travel Requirements

Frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel may be required.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Fremont, CA.

Expect prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 20 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary along with generous RSUs. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.

Health benefits encompass medical, dental, and vision coverage, with options fully covered by the employer. An employer-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is also available.

Retirement options include Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans.

Generous vacation leave begins with three weeks of annual accrual, in addition to ten paid holidays and sick leave.

Cell phone reimbursement of $50 per month is provided.
