Schedule Requirements:
  • This role necessitates availability from Friday to Tuesday, as weekends are essential for operational success.

Professional Responsibilities:
Operations
  • Support the General Manager in meeting membership objectives.
  • Collaborate with Fitness, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Effectively address member concerns.
  • Foster a welcoming environment.
  • Ensure the facility adheres to brand standards.
  • Communicate and uphold club policies.

Sales
  • Meet revenue targets for memberships, training, and retail.
  • Track member check-ins for potential revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and recruit new members.
  • Enhance staff knowledge to increase revenue per member.
