Role Summary:

We are in search of a Patient Engagement Specialist to enhance our team. This role involves managing the onboarding process for new patients, liaising with both patients and healthcare providers to gather essential documentation, and fostering strong relationships with both business partners and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for all new patients.
  • Engage with patients and healthcare providers to collect all required documentation.
  • Address incoming inquiries from patients.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with business partners and patients.
  • Swiftly resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Meet established targets and objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously seek improvement through constructive feedback.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour
  • Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Paid time off
  • Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Location Requirements:

  • Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting work.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience as a patient coordinator.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to cultivate productive professional relationships.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
    • Exceptional communication abilities.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage relationships and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in customer service (preferred).

Work Environment:

  • In-person engagement is required.
