Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is pivotal in fostering a culture of exceptional customer service while driving sales performance. This role is integral to enhancing the store's operations, influencing the company’s values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a superior level of customer service to both new and existing clientele.
  • Drive sales by pinpointing suitable business opportunities. Cultivate a new customer base to enhance sales while nurturing existing relationships through trust and rapport.
  • Exhibit client engagement skills through proactive outreach and personalized service.
  • Guide, inspire, and energize the sales team to meet corporate sales targets.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
  • Execute the sales strategy as outlined in the business plan.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure an inviting shopping environment; greet all customers professionally and address their inquiries.
  • Mentor and train retail sales personnel on effective sales techniques.
  • Identify emerging trends that resonate with consumers.
  • Maintain readiness of fitting rooms by promptly organizing merchandise.
  • Enhance product knowledge through e-learning and training sessions with management to effectively communicate features to customers.
  • Comply with loss prevention, inventory management, and regulatory procedures.
  • Ensure promotional displays are accurate and meet company standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
  • Foster positive employee relations by developing a cohesive store team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Hold store keys and participate in opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Proven sales skills with a focus on client development.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen awareness of business trends.
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills to guide a team.
