Responsibilities

As the Retail Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to devise action plans aimed at achieving results and expanding the business.
  • Exhibit product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational skills to optimize sales.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company resources.
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to mentor team members dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee specific areas of responsibility and be accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining store standards for merchandising and operations consistently.
  • Gain insights into all facets of the business and contribute ideas to enhance operations.
  • Remain composed during challenges and unexpected situations.
  • Perform POS transactions during designated shifts and carry out management duties in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

You will also possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a similar volume retail environment (preferred).
  • A proven history of surpassing sales and performance expectations.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as necessary.
