Job Overview

Pursuit Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our esteemed clientele and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on client products, services, and sales processes to effectively communicate value and drive sales
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department to ensure sales processes meet high standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment with a strong track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
