About the Role

Fulgent Therapeutics LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in clinics, physician offices, and hospitals while managing existing customer relationships within a given territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and sell pathology products and services to healthcare providers, with a focus on high-volume accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and delivering value-added services.
  • Grow revenue in the designated territory through effective prospecting, delivering compelling value propositions, and converting business.
  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the laboratory industry and business needs of healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel primarily for day trips by car, with potential for up to 40% depending on business needs.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred.
