Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Yooz business by exploring new opportunities, facilitating deals, generating innovative ideas, and connecting with talented individuals.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Proactively identify new business prospects and formulate strategies to secure these opportunities.
  • Enhance incoming leads through proactive outreach to ideal customer profiles.
  • Articulate the value of Yooz solutions and their potential benefits to C-level executives.
  • Quickly gain proficiency in demonstrating Yooz solutions both in-person and online.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement to proposal and closing, utilizing Salesforce effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, creating referenceable clients.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Share insights with the Yooz team regarding market trends, competitive challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancing customer value.
  • Contribute meaningfully to team meetings with relevant content and suggestions.
  • Showcase best practices creatively to the team.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating attention to detail and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software/SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Accounts Payable is advantageous.
  • Experience selling to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
  • Proficient in using relevant sales tools.
  • Strong aptitude for technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
