Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, the individual must successfully fulfill each essential duty. The following requirements are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position.   • Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting client expectations.
  • Engage with dispatch daily to receive assignments and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the safety manager regarding any safety-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to submit receipts for reimbursement and billable charges.
  • Assist in managing external overhead costs incurred during installations.
  • Review project scope with the relevant sales representative.
  • Support warehouse operations when items are returned or retrieved.
  • Document disciplinary actions as necessary, providing feedback to the Team Supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary reports, including DVIR, Bill of Lading, and Disposal forms.
  • Ensure safe and proper installation and handling techniques are utilized during projects.
  • Communicate daily work plans to team members, including breaks and any necessary redirection.
  • Assist with the physical aspects of projects as needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven ability to lead a team, managing crew sizes ranging from two to over 25 individuals.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, email, and database software.
  • Capable of performing all physical duties associated with Installer and Lead roles.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to push and pull up to 200 lbs.
Qualifications - Education and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in moving/installation.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading large-scale projects.
