Your Impact:
As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service for our residents. You will assist the Dining Director in training culinary staff and ensuring a safe and inviting dining environment.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility is key: weekdays and weekends are required, primarily during day shifts, with some evening and holiday shifts expected.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory; culinary school or college coursework is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Serve Safe Certification is essential
- Graduate of an accredited Culinary Arts program
- A minimum of 5 years in a lead chef position
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a culinary setting
