Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist management in overseeing daily operations and team member activities.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members throughout the shift.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Model and uphold Starbucks' core values and guiding principles.
  • Support the Store Manager with inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Process customer orders and ensure the delivery of high-quality beverages and food items that meet established standards.
  • Drive results through ongoing promotions and achieving store objectives.
  • Maintain a calm and positive atmosphere during peak times to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute store procedures during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing tasks, while adhering to operational policies and safety protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
  • Recognize when to escalate issues to management for resolution.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or coffee industry.
  • A genuine passion for the mission and values of Starbucks.
  • Availability may vary based on store requirements.
