  • Store Operations
    • Assist with scheduling and managing Front-end associate schedules to ensure adequate department coverage.
    • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including displays and visual merchandising.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with preparing and managing the store budget, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Safety and Security
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including food safety regulations.
    • Identify and report any safety risks or issues to store management.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and store management to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
