- Communicate effectively with customers, associates, and store management to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
