Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at America's Best. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the store, and handling phone calls and correspondence in accordance with our protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Manage the flow of customers through the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with our established procedures.
  • Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary information from insurance companies as required.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes, ensuring seamless communication with customers and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, filing daily and retrieving files as needed for upcoming appointments.
  • Monitor order status, notify customers of delivery or delays, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, ensuring a well-stocked inventory of office supplies.
  • Participate in regular mandatory communication meetings, staying informed and engaged with the team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in reading and speaking English.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferred.
  • Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
