Administrative HR Assistant

The Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator will support the HR team in various administrative and payroll tasks, ensuring timely completion of duties and maintaining accurate records. This role also involves providing excellent customer service to employees, responding to their queries, and resolving issues related to benefits and other HR matters.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and process payroll, including preparing reports and handling timecard submissions
- Coordinate benefit administration, including enrollment, terminations, and updates
- Provide assistance with new hire orientation, collect necessary documents, and facilitate training sessions for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information and work history
- Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee issues, as needed
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in an office environment, preferably in human resources or a related field
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Work Location: Torrance, CA (Los Angeles area)
