Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Generalist and Office Administrator to join our team at Actus Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR-related tasks as well as providing support to the office administration. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for HR, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employees' questions and issues regarding benefit programs including 401k
- Assist in new hire orientation and collect paperwork
- Assist in employee trainings and meetings
- Maintain/update employee data
- Handle the tasks assigned by HR/Admin Manager

Requirements:
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Attentiveness to details
- Team player
- Flexibility to handle various miscellaneous tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage system experience
- Experience in HR general processes
