Administrative and Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Administrative and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Actus Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and payroll tasks as well as providing support to the HR department. If you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Process payroll on ADP Vantage system
- Manage/monitor employees' timecards
- Prepare monthly payroll reports
- Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollment and terminations
- Handle job postings and interview set up
Requirements:
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Attentiveness to details
- Team player
- Flexibility to handle various miscellaneous tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage system experience
- Experience in HR general processes
Salary and Benefits:
