Job Summary

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a caseload of around 45 students, providing essential speech evaluations, screenings, therapy, and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Speech Evaluations: Assess students' communication skills and identify areas of need.
  • Administer Speech Screeners: Use standardized tools to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Provide Therapy Sessions: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Document Progress Notes and Quarterly Reports: Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with colleagues and parents.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues and Stakeholders: Work effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
Qualifications
  • Arkansas State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Medicaid Provider Number
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment
