Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct services to children in need of speech therapy.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop tailored treatment plans or Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), setting specific communication goals.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress consistently.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and students regarding progress updates.
- Complete necessary documentation and data collection for IEP reports and evaluations.
- Engage in regular meetings with educators and specialists to discuss student needs and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision to ensure comprehensive support for students.

Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in IEP-directed therapy and evaluation within an educational setting (CFY not included).
- Proven experience in IEP meetings, case management, and educational eligibility assessments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in technology and experience with telehealth services.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates ranging from $45.00 to $50.00, with increased rates for bilingual providers.
