Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various tasks while emphasizing security leadership roles, including the management of AWS infrastructure and the improvement of monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and address security vulnerabilities identified by scanning tools.
  • Assist users with the Single Sign-On tool and support developers with repository configurations.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, establish Prometheus alerts, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and automation tools as primary responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are vital to ensure developers are satisfied with the platform's usability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expertise in shell scripting, Linux administration, and Kubernetes management.
  • Knowledge of package and dependency management, cloud networking, metrics analysis, application performance monitoring, and database oversight.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a developer transitioning into DevOps, familiarity with databases such as Postgres, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and CKA Certified Kubernetes Architect are beneficial.
