Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and key accounts
- Provide sales training and support to distributors and sales teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- 7+ years of experience in the wine industry, with a focus on sales management
- Advanced training in sales skills and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of the territory and key accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
