Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales teams, and key accounts
  • Provide sales training and support to distributors and sales teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in the wine industry, with a focus on sales management
  • Advanced training in sales skills and business acumen
  • Strong knowledge of the territory and key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
