Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Conduct sales meetings and training seminars for distributor salespeople
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management
  • Advanced training in sales skills
  • Strong knowledge of the wine industry and key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Work Environment:

This is a remote-based position with frequent travel requirements outside the local area and occasional international travel. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively manage their time to meet sales targets.
