Job Title: Senior Philanthropy Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Philanthropy Coordinator to join our team at Northwestern Memorial HealthCare.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to play a critical role in our fundraising efforts, supporting the strategic goals of Northwestern Memorial Foundation. As a Senior Philanthropy Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to administer and coordinate philanthropy projects, develop and maintain relationships with donors, and prepare effective communication mechanisms for project status and ideas among team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and manage timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, prospects, volunteers, vendors, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Communication: Prepare and execute effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about project status, ideas, and information.
  4. Event Planning: Coordinate and plan donor recognition, stewardship, and cultivation events, including logistics, communication, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, community outreach, healthcare, or development, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Raiser's Edge database.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, sensitivity, and integrity.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, track details, and demonstrate flexibility in a team environment.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
